About the event
In this nurturing, female-only space, you’ll be gently guided through breath work, intuitive movement, and sensual flow designed to help you reconnect with your body and awaken your feminine energy. No prior experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to explore. This class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and free. Heels are optional, but knee pads are strongly recommended for your comfort.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be processed without penalty. You will receive either a full refund or a class credit.
