In this supportive, female-only space, you are guided through breath work, intuitive movement and sensual flow to help you reconnect with your body and awaken your feminine energy. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Beginner friendly.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and free. Heels are optional - knee pads are strongly recommended!
